SPECIFICATIONS AND INCLUSIONS

• You must show an official ID at the park's ticket office (adults and children, too)

• Pick-up times range between 7:00 am and 7:30 am, depending on the location of your hotel (or meeting point)

• Your pick-up schedule and more details are sent by email after booking.

TOUR TIPS

Wear comfortable beachwear, water shoes, and a swimsuit, and bring a towel.

Your sunscreen and/or insect repellent should be 100% biodegradable for you to use it at the park. If it contains one of the following ingredients, you will have to leave it at the ticket office: octocrylene, benzophenone, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane, hexyl decanol, dimethyl apramide, cetyl dimethicone, methylparaben, polyethylene, propylparaben, butyl carbamate

Bring a credit or debit card since using certain equipment requires a deposit or paying for any other service not mentioned on the inclusions list.
